First of all, you had NO LEGAL right to even lay hands on the driver..whether
right or wrong. You should have called the service and filed a DAMAGE CLAIM for
the item and gone from there. Whether mad or not, the law doesnt ALLOW you to
attack folks who you are ****ed at. (Yes, we UNDERSTAND how you feel
but...).Screaming obscenities at the jerk only provoked him, and if you make a
LEGAL issue out of this, you WILL lose as YOU provoked HIM. Let it go and LEARN
from it.If you use the service again next time for another delivery, what are
you gonna do if the SAME GUY is the delivery person? Suggest you try another...
