Im thinking of buying a scanner in the uk im willing to spend around
500 on a good scanner that can pick up airplanes and police could
anyone reccomend one .

Also im wanting to know what cellular blocking means, does this mean
that it cannot pick up cell phones and if it is can they be unbloked
and be able to pick up cellphones
