There are no programming codes for the PRO-95. Programming is accomplished
by completely rewriting the scanner's memory similar to the way the clone
function works in Uniden scanners.

Of the several programs that support the PRO-95, the one to use is Win95
from Starrsoft. If you can copy and paste data from Winscan 780 into Excel
then you can transfer the spreadsheet data into Win95. Details are at
