I finally decided that I was just ****ing in the sink with the ****ty
Optoelectronics counters and that it's time to buy a real one. I was
going to buy an Agilent/HP but it's been suggested that a SRS
(http://www.thinkSRS.com)might be as good or better for less money.
Has anyone used one of these?
