I am looking to buy a microwave frequency down converter for my spectrum analyzer.

Avcom MFC-1700 (or equivalent), to convert 1.7GHZ - 2.7GHZ (input) down to 0 -
1000MHz (output). Something close will also work.

Frequency output of down convert must be 0 - 1000MHz (range of spectrum analyzer).
