Do believe a few people in this group own both R-75's AND Sat 800's
I own both. Both are used daily. The R75 is better for DX and the SAT800 is
better for program listening from major broadcasters. They are very different
radios. One should choose based off of their own listening habits - don't
expect to hear everything on a SAT800 that you can dig out with the R75.
