I've used a couple of shortwave logging programs and like WRLog. It's
not real fancy but is easy to use and also imports the ILG and HFCC
databases. It does the usual things like print reception reports, log
reports, calculates bearing and distance, some basic reception
statistics, etc. It does all the things I need it to do.

costs $19.95 which is about average for similar software.
