Offhand, it would seem feedline radiation is ruining the pattern. Skews
the pattern up off the horizon. Not that your coax length is nearly a
1/2 wave now. It's probably acting as part of the antenna. Try a
choke, ferrite beads, etc, below the feedpoint. MK
