Behold, John Smith flashed in code from a keyed 4-1000A filament:

Roger that. I was checking some logs the past days as my interest in SW
begins to grow. I saw many logs
around 6.950 AM/SSB. I will check around that frequentie more often for
US stations but i don't think i am able to receive them on my balcony
aerial but ok.

Good places to check are 6.1 to 6.4 MHz for europe, the ISM bands of 6.765
to 6.795 MHz and 13.553 to 13.567 MHz and the famous U.S. "Pirate Alley"
of 6.9 to 7.415 MHz. 15.040 to 15.050 MHz has just been pounced on too ;-)

I should also mention that most, if not all Canadian pirates are AM or FM
BCB community oriented. Or so I've found.
