and the AO3 schedule also has it as being clandestine. But you're
correct.
One of the criteria for a clandestine
station is that it be temporary, which apparently Radio Farda is not.
(transmits from Greece, i believe).

Radio Farda apparently transmits from the following countries:

UAE (medium wave)
Germany
Morocco
Greece
Sri Lanka
United Kinddom
Tajikistan
Thailand
