NAH, it doesn't sound like you are intelligent enough to realize that the Muslim extremeists are just reacting to what was done to them first.

You also aren't smart enough to realize that extremeists don't speak for the millions of people who happen to be MUSLIM.

Please, if you're going to appeal to history, be accurate. The United
Nations legally created Israel in 1948, giving them a very tiny piece
of land in what was formerly British controlled Palestine. Almost
immediately, the Muslim nations sought to destroy the Jews living in
the newly created country. The Jews, who were armed by European
nations, NOT the US, defended itself and survived. That pattern
continues today. There would be no killing of Muslims if the Muslims
would simply acknowledge Israel's right to exist and give up their
stated goal of wiping them out. It really isn't all that complicted.

The US is Israel's biggest supplier of arms today, of course. But
that isn't "what started it all," as you put it. The only reason
the US has such a close military relationship with Israel is because
the Arab nations chose to ally themselves with the Soviet Union during
the Cold War. An American-armed Israel was simply a balancing force
in the strategic Middle East. (Many people don't realize just how
perilously close we came to WWIII during the 1973 Arab-Israeli war.)

So, what we are left with today is the nation of Israel, a relatively
powerful small country who is still under siege by enemies who have
vowed to wipe it off the face of the earth. The US is its sole
foreign protector, as most Europeans who supported the country in the
first place have largely abandoned it in favor of the oil-rich Muslim
nations.
