In article , says...
Will Rogers is alleged to have said on many occasions, "All I know is what I read in the paper."

Others would argue that the only TRUTH you can know is what is in the Bible.

Therefore, take this for what it is worth and toss out what you don't like about it. This is the standard practice for what I write anyway. :-)

It has been said that the W.VA. snipings resemble those of Washington, DC, of approximately a year ago. It has also been said that a call came in several times to 911 where someone practically begged the listener to say, "The sniper has been caught like a duck in a noose" and they would not. Then, it seems, someone finally DID say that and the two were allegedly found almost immediately afterward asleep in their automobile at a rest area. It *appears* their mind

control program was to be terminated with that phrase!

POINT: If some similarly "stupid" request comes in to a 911 center in West Virginia, you MAY want to comply immediately.

CAVEAT: As with computers, the program tells the computer what to do. Therefore, it may be possible to program a person in such a way that this phrase -- whatever the phrase requested -- would only mean "go on to phase two of this operation!" In other words, it could result in an expansion of the program or an increase in the number of persons killed. It could also mean for them to change targets and instead of killing innocent individuals who are going about their

own business pumping gas, etc. to start killing politicians, doctors, lawyers, or whomever! It could mean to lay down the rifle, or otherwise dispose of it, and take up the grenades, mortars, or rocket launchers! YOU must make the decision, and take the risks, involved in obeying a "lunatic" who calls up begging you to repeat some "stupid" phrase back to him over the phone.

It MIGHT be worth considering -- with the caveat.

Do a web search for "MK Ultra" or "MK-Ultra" and you'll probably get about 14,000 hits. It describes a CIA mind control program! Mind you, I wouldn't dare say THEY could be behind either of these two sets of snipings!

Sincerely,

Al

Is the warranty up on your CPU, Al?? I think there's something seriously
wrong with it. I give this one a 8.5 on the kok scale. Not bad, but you
have done better, tsk tsk. You need to buckle down and apply yourself
Al. If you do you can make a move up a few places and maybe break into
the Internet kooks top 100 list. Good Luck.
