There are no shortwave stations emitting from Slovenia. On the other hand,
there are some shortwave stations broadcasting also in Slovenian: Radio
Vatican, RAI, Trans Word Radio. Mainly their target zone is Europe. You can
hear Radio Slovenija on 918 kHz in most of Europe at night, also on 549
kHz - the two of them are transmitting in Slovenian, there are also some
mediumwave stations transmitting in languages of minorities: in Italian and
Hungarian.
Check for internet broadcasting of Radio Slovenija on www.rtvslo.si

I am in Canada and just got a SW radio. I'd like you know if I can
pick up any SW stations from Slovenia. It is a basic SW radio I have
- with 6 bands on it.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Scott
You might wish to hear some broadcasts in Slovenian. Check out this page
for the schedules:
http://www.eibi.de.vu/
Then do a search of the schedules for SV, some other things will hit in
the search, but if you check out the ones where it hits in the language
area, you will find some broadcasts in Slovenian.
