dead and over 30 injured, then later up-dated it to 10 dead. Radio

Thinking on the side of Medical problems:

One " Shot Across The Bow" of heart attack / heart problems is sudden
fainting..
Massive fatigue or / unconciousness....
- Don't know what kind of physicals these guys have every year;
