Sounds like a voice mirror. The numbers given are maritime channel numbers.
It's used as a marker for whatever station that was. The CFL says that
Athens Radio uses quite a few of the above mentioned channels, so I'm
willing to bet that's who it was.

Yes, Athens Radio used those frequencies. However, Athens Radio is no more. I'm
willing to bet that if those who are trying to figure out which station this is
will give it a close listen they will be able to ID it. And it's not 'Olivia
Radio'!
