Can you say P A R A N O I D ????

The link on the guy's web site to file a comment IS the FCC's web
site:

http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/ecfs/upload_v2.cgi

The instructions on the ARRL web site to file a comment take you to
the exact same web site.

ARRL sez:

Goto http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/ecfs/

and click SUBMIT A FILING

which takes you to:

http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/ecfs/upload_v2.cgi

Turn in your badge, Dick Tracy, you are getting paranoid in your
old age. Anybody who wants to send HAM SPAM can get thousands
of email addresses from QRZ.com, no need to collect them one
at a time by having people fill out forms.

Speaking as one who is fighting spyware on my computer, I vote WITH
the guy who's suspicious of a strange url that shows up in a newsgroup.
Use of strange urls is hardly confined to spammers.
