Note too the dipole will need to be slightly shorter to use on 10m than on
11m, but you probably knew that already.

Your First problem is that you went to a CB group to ask that kind of
question. What were you thinking? You will have to match the antenna
to bring the feed down to 50 ohms. With a properly matched antenna you
should get the full 4 watt legal limit on 11 meters.
