No doubt this scumbag in SC was happy he killed
two police officers. I'll bet 2 or 3 shortwave loon
talk show hosts we all know were jumpin up and down
for the shooters like cheerleaders at a football game....sick!

Officers Survive Worst Gunfight in More than 30 Years

In his more than 30 years in law enforcement, State Law
Enforcement Division Chief Robert Stewart says he
has never seen anything like it. Two Abbeville County
officers were dead and his agents and other lawmen
were nearly out of ammunition Monday night, pinned down
by a father and son firing bullets that could pierce
through police body armor in "the most horrendous gunfight"
Stewart has ever seen.

It was the beginning of the end of a standoff that lasted
13 hours and began with the premeditated attack
on a deputy visiting the home of Arthur and
Rita Bixby, Stewart said.

Arthur Bixby and his son, Steven, were angry the
state was taking a small part of their land to widen
two-lane state Highway 72 in front of their home
and planned bloodshed if officers came to the
home, Stewart said.
