True. There was nothing really new in my design. I wrote up
the design because I hadn't seen a good clear explanation of
nonresonant wire antennas with effective common mode decoupling.
The article has been posted on several web sites and published
in several newsletters: people seem to find it helpful. But it
doesn't represent an invention, it's just a piece of writing.
