GA,
What this REMINDS me of is the old RCA Jack on the back of some
1950's Radios that was labeled as "Ready for Television".
All it turn out to be was an external Audio input to take the
TV Audio and run it through the Larger Radio to get that Big
Old Radio Sound.
Just A Sales Gimmick
Don't mistake me YES - I Love Grundig Radios; but
AFAIK
this is
NOT going to be a "Grundig Satellit 900" but an Eton E1 with a
Questionable "XM" or "DAB" Added-On at what Extra Cost ? ? ?
What Is An ETON ?
Did The Mighty MAX of "G" Know ETON ?
Did MAX go to ETON=

?
ETON Corp. owes the future / potential buyers Full Disclosure
Lets have "Real Facts" - NOT - 'marketing fiction'.
Feelings are Facts !
The Grundig Satellit 900 was for many a 'portable' SWL Radio
Enthusiast the "Holy Grail" of Receivers To Be ! [NOT]
ETON Corp. by playing Brand Name Games with this Radio has
Killed The Dream for Many Proud Grundig Radio Owners.

This is not what is in question. I just wanted to know if there is
both XM and DRM reception. Given my druthers, I'd rather have DRM in
that rig. JMHO.
See Eton's NEW page on the E1 XM at:
http://www.grundigradio.com/asp/EIXM.asp
According to that page, the E1 XM is XM Satellite Radio or Digital
Audio Broadcasting (DAB) Ready. Whether this means they will have two
models, one for each, or whether it really means it is ready for both,
I don't know.
