That's all quite interesting, but as most any educated person knows,
the
earth has had warm spells and cold spells off and on throughout its
life.
The historical and geological records bear this out. And man wasn't
even
around for a lot of them.
It is only the uneducated public (tin foil hat crowd) that really
buys
into Global Warming as a truly manmade occurrence.
They are easy prey for the huxters, who fleece them whilst they are
consumed by their ignorance of simple concepts.
But hey! Don't lose any sleep over it!
It amazes me that so many apparently quite intelligent people can
completely embrace the idea of greenhouse gas emissions having no
effect at all on the global climate.
Well, from this we can ascertain that the wearing of a tin-foil hat in no
way cuts down on an individuals ability to experience amazement.
Variations occur naturally over time; that has never been in
dispute. However, the physical properties of CO2 are very well known,
and we're adding a lot to the atmosphere every year.
It would be nice if some natural process is cancelling out the
effects of all that extra CO2. I hope it is, for our sake, but having
a closed mind to the issue isn't going to make it go away.
Questions: Do you have just one tin-foil hat or several? Are any painted
in pretty colours, or do you prefer the natural look?
