You bring a point. Democrats have always gone on the assumption that their
constituents are to stupid to understand a percentage. Unfortunately, they
appear to be correct.

More misinformation, I fear, that is being spread! The truth is:
percentage
wise, everyone got the same percentage back as everyone else! The reason
that the "rich" got more back, was that they payed "more" in taxes. The
"rich" pay 90% of the taxes paid in this country.
