Actually, there's a totally free, compiled version for Windows
available. It can be downloaded from:

Look for "compiled DREAM software". Please be aware that the DREAM
software is no where near as good at decoding DRM as the Merlin (paid)
software is. However, with a strong station, it does give you some
idea of what DRM is capable of. I myself paid the 60 Euros for the
Merlin software and I think that it's worth every penny.
