Other than re arranged knobs and an analog S meter it is identical to the
Uniden CR2012
The DX 440 was made by Sangean for RS and was only missing the DIN for
recording that the Sangean ATS803A had.

You have a great bargain there, there are quite a sensitive receiver, i
used
for many years for MW DX from the Uk and logged dozens of US/Canadian MW
stations
