Yes, they're called "step-up transformers". I've never needed one, and I
have no idea who the best prices and vendors are, but I entered "european us
step up transformer" in the Google search box and got:

Again, I don't know if that's a good deal or not, but they seem to be
commonly available. They may be locally available, probably in big cities
with a large immigrant population.

Any true transformer which transforms 220V to 120 will also be able to
transform 120V to 220 when hooked up in it's reverse direction. However,
many of the inverters and "transformers" use lighter, less expensive
electronics to do the conversion, and won't work in the reverse direction.
It looks like the transformer in the above linked page will do either
step-up or step-down conversion. If you have some transformers around, it
may be worth checking if they will also do the step-up conversion.

If your clock radio has a mechanical clock, the clock will run fast on US 60
cycle per second power, rather than the European 50 cps power. That
shouldn't do any damage.
