Maybe Radio Havana has lost its edge. Much of their English programming,
especially their dxing shows, have been politically neutral. Maybe Castro is
letting them be a bit more neutral in their news now. Or maybe I just
listened to a newscast that didn't have too much controversial stuff in it.
We'll see.
