I found VOR on 15595 at 0200, but it was news not the Mailbag show.
I kept listening until 0215 in case Moscow Mailbag would start at
0210 but news continued.
I hope you're right about the time change for Daylight Savings and we
get
to hear your question next weekend.

It won't be on next weekend! It's on this week in the airings of Moscow
Mailbag.

It was on 9665 at 0110.

I had a strong signal 0n 15595 at 0110 and heard Steve's question first on
the show.
