I am not aware of an 80 meter add-on kit for the Cushcraft R7 antenna.

The Cushcraft R7000 antenna did have an 80 meter add-on option, making the
antenna a R7000 Plus.

Vertical antennas have very narrow bandwidths (typically less than 70 kHz
for SWR 2:1) for usage on 75/80 meters --
frequency agility is just not typical.

Whether the 80 meter add-on kit for the R7000 or another vertical antenna
could be adopted, is a matter of experimentation.
