Default Antenna feed wire question

If I understand your description, the result is two balanced
dipoles arranged in horizontal V's. The low impedance of the
two long wires at their 1/2WL resonant frequency will keep
much current from flowing in the shorter wires. It seems
your idea is just two paralleled dipoles with 90 degrees
between the dipole elements.
