Nope, WYFR in Florida, (announced just before the hour), aimed at
the Caribbean. The South American frequency, 9825, is probably
from Delano.

I was referring his local time out there in which case 11835 is as far as I know from Delano,
i.e., 0300 UTC.

But indeed 11835 prior to that I believe is from Okechobee (WYFR).
