Are these stations readable off the whip ??
- What kind of antenna are you using; and what language ( if youy can tell)
are the station(s ) broadcasting in..

- Also what times ( UTC) do they come on... and sign off ?

AFAIK, there is no such band for broadcast purposes. Have you been
