And typicaly they used a COURT ORDER going around the issue they failed
to properly PAY for the AIR TIME THEY STOLE. They know they cant
achieve their aim by legislative process because they know they wont win
that way. So they get what the want from extra-legislative means - go to
the courts, just like they did when they used the COURTS rather than the
legislature to make school BUSSING a matter of LAW.


You DO KNOW that to pay for air time is ADVERTISING?

Where is the recent legislation now that McKain & Feingold established
that puts limitations on parties spending money for such practices?
