i didn't hear the beginning of the call so i don't know if he was receiving
this in the US or elsewhere..did anyone catch that part of the broadcast?
if so did he mention his location?...i live in pennsylvania and have never
come accross a 'numbers' station.

Try a Google search for "Numbers Station" "Short Wave Numbers" or
something similar and you will find reams of information.
