Jd I don't disagree with anyone that its wrong and your points are well
taken. But if your looking for a way to stop this from ever happening . Well
you know. This thing about human rights in war is a funny thing too me. It
seems we are always held to some moral standard that our enemies could care
less about. I always hear people saying things like " If we treat their
prisoners right they will be more compelled to treat ours good. That's
bull****! Every enemy we ever faced was ruthless and only cared about
wining. Most peoples opinion of war comes from what they see or hear in the
news and that's a cleaned up polished version of what it really is. I think
if some of you witnessed the real face of war your opinions would change.
People just seem so surprised. They would be real surprised if they new all
that goes on in war.
I don't condone the treatment of these prisoners, they were abused, but
far from tortured, however you can bet they would be happy to have the
honor of flying aircraft into some more US buildings, killing thousands
like 9/11, they would even be happy to fly one into MB's or any other US
citizen's house.
