Bush did just that today.
Really? Every report I've seen says the apology was conspicuous by it's
absence.
Bush did dance around the "apologize" word without it's specific use. The
American general in charge of US operations did use that exact word on Arab
media, yesterday, however.
Very Bush-like. Wouldn't say it himself. Would force someone under himself to
do it.
