The best thing that could happen to Amateur Radio would be for K1MAN to
be taken off the air.


But the FCC doesn't really seem to want to do that. Given what they said, they
seem to find his broadcasting basically legal. They seem to have more than
enough charges and evidence to take him down on other issues but all they did
was remind him to clean up his act.

As long as he avoids advertising and starting his broadcast on top of people
already on the air I don't think we'll see the FCC do much. Even if doesn't, my
bet is that they'll continue to issue warnings!
