The Crime - He 'converted' a Radio Receiver to Transmit Tones
that Interfered (Jammed) with the 800 mHz Emergency Radio System
used by Police, Fire and Paramedics of the City of Madison, WI.

Testimony - Was presented that the Disruptions (Jamming)
prevented Police Officers from Communicating with each other
while making arrests, kept Paramedics from getting Patient
Information to Hospital Staffs and decreased safety for
Firefighters while on calls.

The Sentence - The Defendant's Jail Sentence was increased
as a result of his own Perjury during the Trial.
