Brought along the 3 - ele hbrw yagi this morning,
and, while parked on the fifth floor of a parking
garage adjacent to the office building where I work,
I engaged in some DX.
Here's the best catch so far:
WPOW 96.5 FM Miami, Florida at 1220 UTC.
How about that: 1500 miles - and local "B96," at 96.3,
was not a problem.
This is my first Florida station heard on FM - I wonder
if this was Es? Has anyone else twiddled the dials "up
there" today?
Have you ever been tempted to "call in sick?"
As a Republican, I am just too honest to do so.

Thats an excellent catch Steve. I would bet it was E layer skip. We are
having a solar storm right now.
