I tried it using the Audacity app on my PC and it didn't produce any
kind of speech that I could comprehend. If you want to try this on your
PC and you have Audacity or a similar app, record at 11 MHz, select the
entire recording and reverse it and then resample it at 44 MHz or
higher. Good luck.
