I got mine *WITHOUT* anesthetic. I had to. The doctors have all been
controlled for years and I didn't want him merely doing an upgrade on
the existing plant.

Certain unnamed Western Leaders have had accidental lobotomies during
this process yet mysteriously got courts to appoint them supreme
leaders regardless.
