There are plenty of places where there IS wind 24/7, such as mountain areas
(the average wind speed on Mt. Washington (VT?) is over 100 MPH. On coastal
areas there is wind almost all the time. Also, electricity generated by
windmills is stored in batteries for times of no wind. It is a 24/7 power
source.
