OK, if you were due to go to the hospital for surgery in just an hour or so

The hospital, the DuPont Surgery Center, called and said not to bother showing
up until 1pm on the 17th, as my doctor, Dr. Blair, was going to be tied up in
another surgery.

BTW, the operation didn't go so well. I was left with a cornea that has
developed a sack of fluid around it. As of now I have almost no vision in my
left eye. They've given my two bottles of drops that I have to put in my eyes
two times a day in the hopes of the vision improving.

Steve, calm down. Be the nice guy you were on the phone. I thought your NG
behavior was mainly an act and after talking to you there's no doubt in my
mind.
