Actually I believe it's out of the Bangalore transmitter site.
And those would be the 500 kw transmitters.
My ILG database says there are actually simultaneous transmissions at 0040 UTC
from three locations - a 50kW transmission out of Delhi-Kingsway, a 50kW out of
Gauhati, and a 100kW transmission out of Bombay. No mention of Bangalore..
