Everyone seems to be of the fixed mindset (imaginary
department)
that I am desiring to obtain an amateur radio license. Not
true.
Your story changes from month-to-month and year-to-year. Sometimes
you
have no interest in obtaining an amateur radio license. At other
times
you've indicated a decades-long interest in amateur radio. It
can't be
both ways.
Sure it can, Dave. A person can "have an interest" in something,
yet not want
to become part of that group. For example, I have a decades-long
interest in
sexy women, but I have never desired to become one!
Speaking of which, did you hear that Heidi Klum is getting married?
Yes. *Again*. She was married before, split with that guy and took up
with an Italian business tycoon. Said tycoon dumped her when she got in
the family way with his kid.
I
forget the fellows name, but he's a singer.
Seal. Seems a decent sort.
There has to be worse fates for a guy! 8^)
Heck yes. But upon reading some of the publicity, it looks like one of
those intense/burnout things that celebrities are so good at. Like
Billy Bob Thornton/Angelina Jolie, Bennifer, Britney and her
husband-of-the-week, etc.
Nothing new there, Liz Taylor was doing that stuff a half century ago.
The difference today is that the cycle time is even faster and a lot of
them don't even make it to the altar.
There's also the case of the person whose interest in something
consists of
wanting to destroy it. Such a person will often deny that goal.
Well, there are very few motivation options left....
Logic dictates that if you have a given set of explanations and all but
one are eliminated, the one that is left must be true.
