The difference is that none of the above sent our soldiers to die in battle
over WMD that no one could find.

None of them would send soldiers if the USA were invaded. They'd give
speeches, negotiate, call on the UN to censor the invaders, but they
wouldn't lift a finger to stop the invasion, not even when the polls
came out 99.9% against them.
