Keeee-ripes! That's just screwey. If he, or anyone else, dorked around
with his records, you'd think he/they would have been smart enough to be

They named the two stars that he earned; I'd like to know what those other

A Silver-Star with "V" device? I don't think there is such a critter! I
know the Navy does stuff in the weirdest way possible (Hi-Ya, Squids!),
but I don't know of any branch that adds the "V" to the Silver Star...


There's no such thing. It'd be like sticking a V(alor) device on the Medal
of Honor. In a word, redundant. Unless he wants to claim multiple awards of
the SS, and doesn't understand what oak leaf clusters and stars are for.
After all, he's got those three citations!
