People put their own idea of who a celebrity is in the page. By clicking
on a name, you get to rate each of these 'famous' people from 0 (for
LOVE) to 10 (for HATE)

The numbers shown are just an aggregate of all the previous 'voters'
ratings. I asked the webmaster why my vote for Blair didn't seem to
register. He responded back, saying that there's over four thousand
votes already cast for Blair, and so it takes quite a few ballots to
nudge the readings up. Every vote is counted and when it reaches the
nearest percentage up OR down, it registers.


If you feel YOUR particular favourite villain isn't represented, check
to see if they are already on the list. If not, feel free to add the
name and the reason why you are proposing them.
