I was able to get an occasional 10 second (or so) stream decoded
with the
Dream software and an unmodified PCR1000. To me it was crystal
clear, well
modulated - I would have to say better than FM quality. In my case,
I had to
experiment with the software configuration and tune the stream USB a
bit.
IIRC, this was for the broadcast out of Bonaire by RNW.
