I use to log lots of DX stations like Michael Bryant when I was
out in the rural countryside with lots of property and good
antennas. So I have no question that Bryant is logging all those
stations. Wonder what he uses for antennas??
It's not humanly possible to identify that many stations that fast
even if they are all in english or a persons first language.
If you're familiar with the schedule and the announcers/programs, you
can go that fast. I can hear the Canadian accent on RCI in an
instant, Radio Netherlands broadcasts in English have a certain
vocabulary that is unique, BBC news has a very exact style and
locution, etc. Others here can identify the exact transmitter being
used by the hum. Now, I can only do this for a few big powerhouse
Euro/NA broadcasters - doing this for a wide range of
African/Arabic/South American/etc. broadcasters is way beyond my
skill.
Well you and I are mere mortals. Bryant has a super powered
imagination.
