Tried it. Not good. LOTS of buzzing sounds picked up, but strangely
enough, never in the winter.

I am using a window screen made of Hardware Cloth 3/8" mesh, 2'x4'
hidden from outside by the curtain. An S3 sig with my rod antenna becomes
an S9 on the screen. k35454.
